There are a variety of ways to connect with LEADS and many options to customize your LEADS experience to your personal interests and needs. You may choose to join LEADS during your first semester at UNC Charlotte or as late as your junior year. Your involvement can be as extensive as you wish. For example, you may chose to take just one course with LEADS or you may complete several LEADS courses and earn the LEADS undergraduate certificate focused on applied learning, innovative problem solving, and career skill development.
