LEADS Certificate Program

The LEADS undergraduate certificate in Innovative Thinking and Problem Solving is designed to complement any major or minor. The program is focused on innovative problem solving, cultivation of an innovation mindset, and building a set of transferable career skills. There are a variety of ways to tailor the certificate curriculum to your interests and needs.

The certificate program is currently undergoing curricular revisions. The updated program will consist of 13 credit hours. Students will select a course from a menu of items in each of the following categories: Innovative Thinking, Professionalism, Course-Based Internship Experience, and LEADS electives (student choice).

Just like with majors and minors, you must declare your intent to pursue the certificate program so that it will be added to your account and you can track your progress in DegreeWorks. Declare your interest in pursuing the LEADS certificate.
